About Dezurey Garcia

A Babson College graduate with an entrepreneurial drive and keen resourcefulness to successfully conquer the diverse Miami real estate market, Dezurey's vast experience in both real estate research analysis and property management is a great asset our team. Dezurey took her real estate knowledge even further by completing a Master's in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from the globally ranked Hollo School of Real Estate at Florida International University. Additionally, Dezurey holds two designations to more adequately address her clients' needs: Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and Price Strategy Advisor (PSA).

 

Formerly a real estate research analyst in New York, Dezurey uses her knowledge, market expertise, research capabilities, and fluency in English and Spanish to better assist her buyers and sellers. Her acquired knowledge and experience provide the tools and skills necessary to best represent her clients by understanding the different constraints that affect the South Florida real estate markets.
